Are you in school or do you attend a church youth group? Make DfaD your group project! Spread the word, get informed, print out and put up DfaD posters (coming soon), and show the promotional video to your group! And remember, with DfaD, it's not about how much your group can raise, it's about how many people you can get involved. Go wild, and get creative!

While Dollar for a Drink's primary goal is to raise money for fresh water in Africa, I've got a secondary goal as well: get as many teens and young people involved in the project as I can. I want to challenge my generation to rise above the expectations of mediocrity our culture has for us and make a difference the world; because you know what? You can make a difference — don't let anyone else tell you otherwise!

Essentially, DfaD is fully dependent on "word of mouth" to reach its' goals; that is, I depend on you to spread the word and tell your friends and family about the cause. I need your help—the people of Africa need your help! So, in addition to donating your dollar, I would encourage you to consider promoting DfaD wherever you are, whether you're in highschool or 37.
